Click the "Book Now" button on the home page and fill in the booking form. Choose a hospital, pick your dates, and add any comments or extra services you need. When you submit the form, you will see a confirmation code—please keep this code.
No. You can book without creating an account. We just need your name and phone number so we can contact you about your booking.
We normally contact you by phone, and if possible via Telegram using the number or Telegram username you provide. Using a phone number that is connected to your Telegram account makes follow-up easier.
No. Uploading passport photos is optional. It can help speed up check-in and paperwork, but you can always skip this step and share documents later directly with the hospital or support staff.
Passport photos are stored securely in our system and used only to support your booking and related services (for example, preparing forms or check-in lists). We do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell your data. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
Yes. Use your confirmation code to talk with our team, and we will help you update or cancel your booking where possible. Some changes may depend on hospital or provider policies, but we will do our best to support you.
The booking form and main pages are available in English, Khmer, and Vietnamese. You can switch language using the language selector at the top of the page or in the admin interface.
Only the AsiaCare team and the hospital or service providers involved in your booking. We share only the information needed to arrange your visit. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
