These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AsiaCare booking service ("Service"). By creating a booking or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Our role

AsiaCare helps you book and manage hospital visits and related services such as transport and assistance. We coordinate between you and hospitals or other service providers, but we do not provide medical care ourselves.

2. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information when making a booking.
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • Check confirmation details and contact us promptly if something looks wrong.
  • Follow any instructions or requirements from the hospital or service providers.

3. Bookings, changes and cancellations

Booking availability, appointment times, changes, and cancellations may depend on the policies of the hospital and other providers involved. We will do our best to help you manage changes, but some aspects are outside our direct control.

Any fees, cancellation rules, or other conditions communicated to you by the hospital or service providers form part of your agreement with them.

4. Passport photos and documents

You may optionally upload passport photos or similar documents to speed up check-in or paperwork. By uploading these files, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to share these documents.
  • You understand they will be used only to support your booking and related services.

Uploading passport photos is optional. You can choose not to upload them and instead provide documents later directly to the hospital or service providers.

5. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data, including contact details, booking information, and optional passport photos, is described in our Privacy Policy. In particular, we do not sell your personal data.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally limit availability.

7. Analytics and cookies

We may use analytics and monitoring tools (for example, Cloudflare or Google Analytics) to understand how the Service is used and to improve performance, reliability, and security. These tools collect aggregated technical information such as page views, browser type, and IP address. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Medical decisions should always be made with qualified healthcare professionals. Information provided via the Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsiaCare and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us directly for the relevant booking, if any.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms.
